Company Background
Founded in 1966 by James Coverdale, Cover-All’s roots were primarily in data from the very beginning. Working with companies to process data, Mr. Coverdale slowly and steadfastly built up his business through hard work, attention to client needs and a keen eye on being progressive but by also being realistic and fiscally responsible.
Over the years since initially processing data, Cover-All’s clients asked us to take on additional services which led us to branch out into areas that made logical sense for our business. We worked hand-in-hand with organizations of all sizes as they faced the challenges of moving from manual business systems to more modern technologies. Clients counted on our technical acumen, our high ethical standards, and our reliable delivery of the services promised.
Cover-All further enhanced our position in IT when, in 1996, we acquired the AT&T/NCR Canada Markham Data Centre. This acquisition enabled us to offer our clients a complete Data Centre offering, including all the necessities associated with data security and redundancy, with the added benefit of being a family-owned business that continues to support those values.
In 2024, Cover-All spun-off the Managed Services division and Markham Data Centre as a separate company named Cover-All Managed Services Corp. and sold Cover-All Computer Services Corp.

Although we are a different company today than we were 50 years ago, we continue to build on this solid and reliable foundation.

Evolution in Technology Services
Over the years, Cover-All has been at the forefront of this change. Recently we announced that Cover-All took delivery of a z16-F01 mainframe for one of our clients. We continually push the technology envelope helping to bring our clients the tools they need to stay competitive. We take pride in working with our clients as though we are an extension of their IT team, helping them achieve their objectives through new technologies.
